Curtis R. Olson has over 40 years of experience in the California real estate industry. He began his career as a commercial broker in 1977 at Grubb & Ellis in Newport Beach, following receipt of his business degree from the University of Southern California. At Grubb & Ellis, Curtis R. Olson gained extensive experience managing real estate transactions, including selling and leasing shopping centers, industrial buildings, office complexes, and raw land for development.

 

Curtis R. Olson subsequently joined Nexus Development in Santa Ana, California, where he remains today. As the principal investor, chairman, and CEO, he oversees all aspects of the company’s business affairs, utilizing his management skills and broad commercial real estate business knowledge to ensure its success. With his team, he has overseen a wide range of projects, including building luxurious units for assisted living centers and hotels in various parts of California, Arizona and Texas.

 

When not working, Curtis R. Olson enjoys golf and often participates in club-hosted tournaments. Additionally, he enjoys kite surfing and surfing in Mexico and Southern California.
